The advantages of forward osmosis:
- Only water is drawn through the membrane, not pushed
- No membrane fouling due to unpressurised operation
- Low energy requirement due to the low pressure
- Because we do not use any chemical, biological or thermal modification, the product is still the natural substance with all its legal conveniences.
- The correct separation limits with the respective optimum technology in the logically correct sequence are the key to success
- We do not use reverse osmosis for the complicated raw solutions
- We do not destroy the membranes with anything like manure
- Our process utilises the findings of widespread seawater desalination
What we do better:
- No chemical or biological or thermal product modification
- No pressurised reverse osmosis in the raw product
- No flocculant additions, no flocculation tanks
